Do I need plans or council approval for a patio enclosure?
It depends on the structure and your municipality. Enclosing an existing covered patio with glass is often simpler than a new roofed addition, but rules vary. We advise on what your project needs and can point you to the right professional where plans are required.
Can a patio enclosure open up in summer?
